Where a request for change is made by the Customer, Infradata shall inform the Customer within seven (7) business days of receipt of the change request of any change to the Agreed Specification of any increase or decrease in costs and any change to the estimated time schedule or inform the Customer that such requested change is not possible or unreasonable to execute.
