  • The Contracting Authority reserves the right to withhold payment of invoices in relation to the Deliverables not delivered, in whole or in part, until the Deliverable(s) (to which any invoices relate), in whole or in part is successfully concluded, completed and/or delivered to the Agreement Standard.
