Agricultural Customer means an in-state retail end user of an electric distribution company that uses electricity for the purpose of agriculture, as defined in subsection (q) of Connecticut General Statutes § 1-1.

Agricultural Customer means a Customer whose primary business is agricultural production, including field and seed crops, fruit and nut crops, vegetables and melons, livestock, poultry, floriculture, indoor agriculture, or on-site food processing if such on-site food is of one of the foregoing categories.
