Ahead of schedule definition
Ahead of schedule means positive or positives outweigh negatives, ‘as expected’ means neutral/as expected or positives offset negatives and ‘behind schedule’ means negative or negatives outweigh the positives. The assessment is based on actual achievement through 2014 and forecast achievement through 2018.
