Examples of AIFC Court in a sentence
The Parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the AIFC Court for the purposes of any action or proceeding hereunder.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by the AIFC Court under the AIFC Court Regulations and Rules.

However, during the transition phase, only projects and programs for which there is an existing methodology (see section 3 below), will be included.
Thus, at this stage it is difficult to predict how long the proceedings at the AIFC Court could take.
