AIG Claims definition

AIG Claims means the Secured Claim asserted by the AIG Entities with respect to amounts allegedly due and to become due pursuant to the U.S. Insurance Program and Canada Insurance Program, the Administrative Expense Claim asserted by the AIG Entities in the amount of $1,234,724.00 pursuant to the AIG Motion and any and all other Claims held by the AIG Entities against the Debtors.
