air-well means an open courtyard in a building for the purpose of light and ventilation;
air-well or “Light well” means a space either in the interior or in the exterior of a building which enables the benefit of air flow and natural light. The space is located on the same land and is bounded by one or more sides of the building or one or more boundaries of that land.
