Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage definition

Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage means the Mortgage and Security Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit E, entered into by the Borrower and the Collateral Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.
Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage means the Mortgage and Security Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit E, entered into by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.
