During the Term, the Air Carriers will guarantee the availability of the Owned Aircraft in accordance with the Aircraft Availability Guarantee for Blade Flights during regular operating hours.
At the start of each Negotiation Period, the Parties shall begin to negotiate in good faith to determine the Flight Hour Guarantee, Rates, Key Routes, Key Route Flight Times, Aircraft Availability Guarantee and other key commercial terms (collectively, the “Contract Period Key Terms”) to apply to the subsequent Contract Period, which will be set forth on the Contract Period Key Terms Schedule.
