For the avoidance of doubt, on the Closing Date the Aircraft and Engines set forth in the Aircraft Collateral Certificate shall be subject to that certain Aircraft Mortgage to be filed with the FAA on the Closing Date (and each such Aircraft and Engine shall be listed in Exhibit A of such Aircraft Mortgage).
