Aircraft Documentation definition

Aircraft Documentation means all (a) log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents provided to LESSEE in connection with the Aircraft, (b) documents listed in Exhibits E and K and (c) any other documents required to be maintained during the Lease Term by the Aviation Authority, LESSEE's Maintenance Program and this Lease.
Aircraft Documentation means the manuals, logbooks and other records relating to the Aircraft or any part thereof delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser which shall include, without limitation, all records, manuals, logbooks and other documentation required on the Delivery Date by the rules and regulations of the FAA for Purchaser to take title to, own, control, use, operate, repair and maintain the Aircraft.
Aircraft Documentation means all (a) log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents provided to LESSEE in connection with the Aircraft, (b) documents listed in Exhibits E and L and (c) any other documents required to be maintained during the Lease Term by the Aviation Authority, LESSEE's Maintenance Program and this Lease.

Examples of Aircraft Documentation in a sentence

  • LESSEE agrees to cooperate with LESSOR in making the Aircraft and Aircraft Documentation available to such authorized technical teams.

  • On reasonable notice, LESSOR and/or its authorized agents or representatives will have the right to inspect the Aircraft and Aircraft Documentation.

  • All Modifications incorporated on the Aircraft will be properly documented in the Aircraft Documentation and be fully approved by the Aviation Authority.

More Definitions of Aircraft Documentation

Aircraft Documentation means all logs, manuals, certificates, data and inspection, modification, repair, and overhaul records which are required to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft under the Maintenance Program or by the Relevant Aviation Authority.
Aircraft Documentation and “Encumbrances” shall have the same meanings in this Xxxx of Sale as in the Sale Agreement. The Aircraft is sold AS IS and WHERE IS and under all the terms and conditions set forth in the Sale Agreement.
Aircraft Documentation means all log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents provided by Seller at Sale, including but not limited to historic bills of sale.
Aircraft Documentation means all (a) log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents provided to LESSEE in connection with the Aircraft, (b) documents listed in the Estoppel and Acceptance Certificate and Exhibit L and (c) any other documents required to be maintained during the Lease Term and until the Termination Date by the Aviation Authority, LESSEE's Maintenance Program and this Lease.
Aircraft Documentation means, with respect to each Aircraft, the documents, records, logs and other data maintained in respect of the related Aircraft Assets, pursuant to the terms of the Lease relating to such Aircraft.
Aircraft Documentation means, (i) with respect to the Off- Lease Aircraft, the log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents, including additions, renewals, and replacements made thereto prior to Sale, including, but not limited to, maintenance manuals, system manuals, flight and operation manuals, inspection records, wiring diagrams, checklists, minimum equipment list, illustrated parts catalogues, and other documents and records (whether on paper, stored electronically, or in any other medium) related to the Airframe, Engines and Parts for such Aircraft that are in SELLER’s possession including, without limitation, all “Aircraft Documents” and “Aircraft Documentation” listed in Exhibit F hereto for Off-Lease Aircraft; and (ii) with respect to the Leased Aircraft, the log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents, including additions, renewals, and replacements made thereto prior to Sale, including, but not limited to, maintenance manuals, system manuals, flight manuals, inspection records, wiring diagrams, checklists, illustrated parts catalogues, and other documents and records (whether on paper, stored electronically, or in any other medium) related to the Airframe, Engines and Parts for such Aircraft, including, without limitation all “Aircraft Documents” and “Aircraft Documentation” as defined in the respective Lease Agreement and required to be maintained and/or returned under such Lease Agreement.
Aircraft Documentation has the meaning specified in Exhibit D hereto.
