Aircraft Inventory definition

Aircraft Inventory in Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: ""Aircraft Inventory": all Aircraft, Airframes, Aircraft Engines, Aircraft ------------------- Propellers and Aircraft Parts of the Borrower other than any Approved Aircraft and any Airframes, Aircraft Engines, Aircraft Propellers and Aircraft Parts incorporated or installed in, attached to, or otherwise identified as being related to or comprising part of an Approved Aircraft."

Aircraft Inventory means any aircraft, rotorcraft or helicopter that is listed in the Company’s balance sheet at the relevant time.
