Aircraft Owner definition

Aircraft Owner means Operator or Airline or any entity, which maintains title ownership of the Aircraft and of Additional Aircraft.
Aircraft Owner means the person or organization under whose name the aircraft has been registered and this term also includes the person or organization having the aircraft in lease.
Aircraft Owner means a person, company or association or corporation having ownership of any aircraft and this term also includes a manager or managing agent, if appointed, of such a company or association or corporation.
