Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.
Airframe means the fuselage, booms, nacelles, cowlings, fairings, airfoil surfaces including rotors (but excluding propellers and rotating airfoils of a powerplant) and landing gear of an aircraft and their accessories and controls;
airframes means airframes (other than those used in military, customs or police services) that, when appropriate aircraft engines are installed thereon, are type certified by the competent aviation authority to transport:
engine type means a category of engines which do not differ in essential engine characteristics.
Established catalogue price means the price included in a catalogue, price list, schedule, or other form that:
SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.
Canada Yield Price means an amount, calculated as at the date that is three Toronto Business Days prior to the Optional Redemption Date, equal to the net present value of all scheduled payments of interest (other than accrued and unpaid interest) and outstanding principal on the Notes to be redeemed from the Optional Redemption Date to the Par Call Period Commencement Date, using as a discount rate the Canada Yield, plus the Redemption Margin (if any);
Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);
Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:
Data Universal Number System (DUNS) Number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.
Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.
aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;
Reset Price means the price of the relevant Underlying Reference determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the price obtained by unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements in respect of the relevant Security during the Unwinding Time Period immediately following the relevant Reset Event Determination Time ;
Final Price means, with respect to a Security and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be.
Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;
Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.
Strip Price means, at any time, (a) for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, the average NYMEX Pricing for the remaining months in such calendar year, (b) for each of the succeeding three complete calendar years, the average NYMEX Pricing for the twelve months in each such calendar year, and (c) for the succeeding fourth complete calendar year and each calendar year thereafter, the average NYMEX pricing for the twelve months in such fourth calendar year.
Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.
Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.
Coupon Barrier Value means, in respect of a ST Coupon Valuation Date, Worst Value.
Locational Marginal Price or “LMP” shall mean the market clearing price for energy at a given location in a Party’s RC Area, and “Locational Marginal Pricing” shall mean the processes related to the determination of the LMP.
Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.
Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;
Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and
Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 7.0%.
