Examples of Airpoints Dollars in a sentence

  • If the Nominated Earner ceases to be a member of the Airpoints Programme or the Nominated Earner for the Credit Card Account, then you will also lose any entitlement to earn Airpoints Dollars for your Airpoints Programme membership account on purchases made since your most recent statement.

  • When your Credit Card Account is closed the Nominated Earner will not earn Airpoints Dollars on purchases made since your most recent Credit Card Account statement.

  • You authorise GlobalPlus Bonus Partners to collect the Nominated Xxxxxx’s Airpoints number at the point of sale and hold it for the crediting of Airpoints Dollars.

  • If we do not close your Credit Card Account, you will nevertheless lose any entitlement to earn new Airpoints Dollars.

  • We may appoint GlobalPlus Bonus Partners from time to time that may offer you promotional Airpoints Dollars on purchases of GlobalPlus Bonus Partner goods and services with your Card.

  • If you dispute the crediting of Airpoints Dollars for purchases on your Card, please contact us in the first instance – our contact details are in clause 15.

  • Shareholders who choose to directly earn Airpoints Dollars will continue to earn Choices Points on purchases made through their Farmlands Account that are not Purchases Eligible for Airpoints Dollars.

  • Choices Points will be deemed to be converted into Airpoints Dollars when Farmlands receives a transfer form under clause21.a or at the point that the corresponding Choice Points would have otherwise been credited to the Farmlands Account under clause 8.

  • The availability of the Airpoints Dollars option may be reviewed and amended at the discretion of Farmlands at any time.

  • Any Choices Points converted to Airpoints Dollars, or directly earned as Airpoints Dollars, will be subject to the Airpoints Programme Terms and Conditions.

  • U.S. Dollars or “US$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Project Dollars means Defendants’ expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix A of this Consent Decree, and (b) constitute Defendants’ direct payments for such projects, or Defendants’ external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment.

  • United States Dollars means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Dollars or “$” refers to lawful money of the United States of America.

  • Total contract dollars means the final anticipated dollar value, including the dollar value of all options.

  • Singapore Dollars means the lawful currency of Singapore.

  • USD or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Euros means the currency adopted by those nations participating in the third stage of the economic and monetary union provisions of the Treaty on European Union, signed at Maastricht on February 7, 1992.

  • United States Dollar and "US$" shall mean the lawful currency for the time being of the United States of America.

  • Hong Kong Dollars means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.

  • Australian Dollars means the lawful currency of Australia.

  • Japanese Yen means the lawful currency of Japan.

  • Class Currency means the currency in which a Share Class of a Fund is designated as determined by the Directors and disclosed in the Prospectus in relation to such Fund.

  • Renminbi or “RMB” means the lawful currency of the PRC.

  • Canadian Dollars means the lawful currency of Canada.

  • Pounds “Pxxxx” and “£” shall refer to the lawful currency of England.

  • Pounds Sterling means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.

  • Ringgit Malaysia “RM” The lawful currency of Malaysia.

  • Pound means an establishment for the confinement of dogs or

  • U.S. Dollar or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Dollars or $ means the lawful currency of the United States.

  • RMB means the lawful currency of the PRC.

  • RMB Currency Events means any one of RMB Illiquidity, RMB Non-Transferability and RMB Inconvertibility;

  • Rupees Rs.", “” shall mean Indian rupees, the lawful currency of India;

  • Pound Sterling the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.

  • HKD means Hong Kong dollars.
