Airport Concession definition

Airport Concession means a Car Rental Facility serving an airport pursuant to an Airport Concession Agreement between a Person and an Airport Authority or a sublessor or sublicensor of an Airport Authority, as applicable, and, with respect to such Car Rental Facility, all Assets used primarily in the Operation Of A Car Rental Facility and all Assets Associated therewith.
