Airport Security Fee means the fee levied by the Recipient for purposes of financing acquisition, operation and maintenance of airport security equipment and infrastructure, and payable by passengers using any of the Recipient’s airports.

  • Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Installation Fee means charges payable by the Customer for the installation of the service as provided in the Order Form;
