Airway Release definition

Airway Release means any airway release (including any Existing Airway Release) agreed to be issued or caused to be issued by an Issuing Bank, in accordance with the terms of the Continuing Agreement for Commercial and Standby Letters of Credit or any other applicable letter of credit agreement between such Issuing Bank and any Borrower.

Examples of Airway Release in a sentence

  • If any such tax or taxes shall be assessed or levied against any Lender or any other holder of a Note, or issuer of an L/C, Acceptance, Steamship Guarantee or Airway Release, such Lender, or such other holder or issuer, as the case may be, may notify the Borrower and make immediate payment thereof, together with interest or penalties in connection therewith, and shall thereupon be entitled to and shall receive immediate reimbursement therefor from the Borrower.

  • Release means any release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, injection, escaping, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of any Hazardous Material into the indoor or outdoor environment (including the abandonment or disposal of any barrels, containers or other closed receptacles containing any Hazardous Material), including the movement of any Hazardous Material through the air, soil, surface water or groundwater.
