Airworthiness Requirements definition
Airworthiness Requirements means regulations, airworthiness standards or other certification specifications governing the design and performance of Civil Aeronautical Products.
Airworthiness Requirements means requirements governing the design, performance, materials, workmanship, manufacture, maintenance or modification of aeroplanes, parts or appliances as prescribed by the EASA to enable it to find that the design, manufacture and condition of these aeroplanes, parts or appliances comply with its own laws, regulations, standards and requirements concerning airworthiness.
Airworthiness Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(c)(iii) of the Mortgage.
