Airworthy Condition definition

Airworthy Condition means that Purchaser’s Representative has determined that (i) the Aircraft is in a condition required to hold the current Airworthiness Certificate; (ii) the Aircraft conforms to the type certification issued by the FAA with respect to the type of aircraft which includes the Aircraft, including any Supplemental Type Certificates; (iii) the Aircraft is in a condition for safe operation; and (iv) the Aircraft is returned to service in accordance with applicable regulations, including those set forth in Parts 91 and 135.
Airworthy Condition means a condition wherein an Aircraft can take flight under its own power. See definition of “Non-Airworthy Aircraft” below.
Airworthy Condition means the condition of an aircraft, including its components, fuel, and other materials and substances essential to the manufacture and operation of the aircraft, that complies with all the requirements prescribed by rules made under this Act relating to design, manufacture, maintenance, modification, repair, and safety;
