FNAL SYSTEM definition

FNAL SYSTEM means the multi-terabit intra-Asia submarine cable system integrating the FWACS System and the NACS Systems including without limitation, and as more fully set forth in the FWACS Contract, the NACS Contract and the Submarine Cable System Development Agreement, the following elements: (i) the NACS System, (ii) the FWACS System, (iii) any equipment, software, systems or infrastructure necessary for the integration of the NACS System and the FWACS System, as described more fully in, and contemplated by, Exhibit A of the Submarine Cable System Development Agreement, (iv) any Network Operations Center assets provided by the NACS Contract or the FWACS Contract, and (v) all upgrades or contract variances made pursuant to the FWACS Contract or NACS Contract at any time and from time to time.
FNAL SYSTEM shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereof.
