Covol has assigned to Alabama Synfuel ownership of a coal briquetting facility to be located in Birmingham, Alabama (the "Alabama Project"), including certain contracts entered into by Covol and certain third-parties in connection with the conduct of the construction, maintenance and operation thereof.
There are no outstanding or unsatisfied judgements, orders or decrees to which the Purchased Assets or the conduct of the construction, maintenance and operation of the Alabama Project are bound.
