Alaska Native Corporation means any regional corporation, village corporation, urban corporation, or group corporation organized under the laws of the state of Alaska in accordance with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.).

• Natural resources or agriculture personnel from a tribe, tribal agri- culture enterprise, or Alaska Native Corporation may apply, through proper channels and pursuant to a cooperative agreement, for an internship within an- other tribe, tribal forest enterprise, or ANCSA Corporation agriculture pro- gram.

• The host agency for participating tribal, tribal agriculture enterprise, or Alaska Native Corporation agriculture employees will provide for salaries and benefits.

Alaska Native Corporation. (ANC) has the same meaning as the term ‘‘Native Corporation’’ in section 3 of the ANCSA, 43 U.S.C. 1602.
