Alberta Infrastructure definition

Alberta Infrastructure means the Province, as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure;
Alberta Infrastructure means the provincial department responsible for the provision of funds for the construction of new Schools.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Public Infrastructure means publicly owned physical infrastructure necessary to support economic development projects, including, but not limited to, sewers, water supply systems, utility extensions, streets, wastewater treatment systems, storm water management systems, and facilities for pretreatment of wastewater to remove phosphorus.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.
