Albuquerque Property definition

Albuquerque Property means the real property located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
Albuquerque Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Albuquerque Property means the real property located at 12907 Tempur-Pedic Parkway, Albuquerque, NM 87121.

Examples of Albuquerque Property in a sentence

  • In the event that UNOVA elects to exclude the Albuquerque Property from the transaction, on the Closing Date, UNOVA would enter into a lease (the "Albuquerque Lease") of such property on a triple-net basis at current market rates.

  • In the event Landlord exercises its put option with respect to one or both of the Alpharetta Property and the Albuquerque Property as described in Section 9(c) of the HPT Lease Amendment, then in such event ShoLodge shall purchase from Landlord the Alpharetta Property and/or the Albuquerque Property, as applicable, for the price as set forth in the HPT Lease Amendment.

  • From and after the Closing Date, ShoLodge shall not enter into an amendment to the option agreements whereby Landlord is given options to exchange the Alpharetta Property for the Mt.   • The "Base Purchase Price" would be the amount equal to the "Closing Net Book Value" (as defined below) less the book value of the "Brazilian Notes" (as defined in paragraph (e) below) plus $2,650,000 (the "Premium"); provided, however, that if UNOVA elects to exclude the Albuquerque Property, the Premium would be reduced to $650,000.

  • Simultaneously with the consummation of the exchange transaction set forth above, the HPT Lease shall be amended to add the Mt. Laurel Property thereto and to delete the Albuquerque Property therefrom, such amendment to be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and Prime.

  • All documents and instruments necessary for the transfer of the Mt. Laurel Property to Landlord and for the transfer of the Albuquerque Property to ShoLodge or its designee shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and to ShoLodge or its designee.
