ALC Business definition
ALC Business means the business of ALC described in the ALC Information Statement.

Extendicare shall promptly pay to ALC all insurance proceeds relating to the ALC Business, the ALC Assets or the Assumed Liabilities received by the Extendicare Group under any third party insurance policy.
For each such insured, Buyer shall cause the AL&C Buyer to make offers of renewal to all persons insured under the AL&C Business at the next succeeding renewal date that occurs after the Closing.
