Alerts Services definition

Alerts Services means the Alert notification service that we may offer through Online Banking or Mobile Banking. The Alerts Services allows you to subscribe to various Alerts for your Accounts through the Alerts Section; • "SMS" or "Short Message Service" is a text messaging service component of an Electronic Device.

Client is solely responsible for: (i) for the selection, identification, transmission, and accuracy of contact information to which Client directs a message to be transmitted; (ii) for ensuring that it has received all necessary consent of Cardholder in providing any information to Bank; and (iii) for complying with all Laws that govern the sharing of such information with Bank. Alerts Services offers a mechanism for an end user to opt out of receiving voice, text or email messages.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
