Aligned Beneficiary definition

Aligned Beneficiary means a Beneficiary aligned to the ACO for a Performance Year pursuant to Section V.A of this Agreement and Section II of this Appendix B.
Aligned Beneficiary means a Beneficiary aligned to the ACO for a Performance Year pursuant to Section V.A of this Agreement and Section II of this Part 1 of Appendix B.
