All Loan Documents fully executed by the Borrower and, as applicable, Equity Member, including the following; (i) This Agreement; (ii) The Mortgage Note; (iii) The Mortgage; (iv) The Environmental Indemnity Agreement; (v) The Collateral Assignment of Management Agreement (and the Manager's consent to same); (vi) The Security Agreement; (vii) The Assignment of Leases and Rents; and (viii) The Cooperation Agreement;
All Loan Documents. The defined term "Zenith" in all Loan Documents is revised to mean both Zenith Insurance Company ("ZIC") and Zenith National Insurance Corp. ("ZNIC").

  • All Loan Documents shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

  • All Loan Documents, opinions, certificates and other instruments and all proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower, and any other document, instrument or agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, all as amended or extended from time to time.
