An Allied Headquarters which is afforded international funding in accordance with C-M (69)22, and any accounts held by it, shall furthermore be subject to the procedures set out in NATO Financial Regulations, the management and control of the relevant Financial Controller and to audits performed by the auditor appointed for the Allied Headquarters and NATO International Board of Auditors.
