Allocable Miscellaneous Payments means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (a) the Series 1996-1 Allocation Percentage for the related Collection Period and (b) Miscellaneous Payments with respect to the related Collection Period.

Allocable Miscellaneous Payments means, with respect to any Series and for any Collection Period, the product of the amount of Miscellaneous Payments for such Collection Period and a fraction, the numerator of which is the Invested Amount for such Series immediately prior to the following Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the Trust Invested Amount as of such time.
