Allocable Principal Collections definition

Allocable Principal Collections means, with respect to any Due Period, the product of (a) the Series 2000 Allocation Percentage for such Due Period and (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables relating to such Due Period.
Allocable Principal Collections means, with respect to any Deposit Date or Distribution Date, the product of (a) the Series 1997-8 Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables relating to any Deposit Date or Distribution Date, as applicable.
