Allocable Principal Collections definition

Allocable Principal Collections means, with respect to any Due Period, the product of (a) the Series 2000 Allocation Percentage for such Due Period and (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables relating to such Due Period.

Allocable Principal Collections means, with respect to any Deposit Date or Distribution Date, the product of (a) the Series 1997-8 Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables relating to any Deposit Date or Distribution Date, as applicable.

Allocable Principal Collections means, with respect to any day, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Series 2008-CP-1 Allocation Percentage for such day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Principal Collections deposited in the Collection Account on such day (after giving effect to any allocation of a portion of Principal Collections to the Residual Interestholder pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Agreement).

Allocable Principal Collections means, for any Senior Series for any Distribution Date, the product of (x) the Principal Collections for the related Due Period and (y) the Senior Series Allocable Class Percentage for such Senior Series for such Distribution Date, as adjusted pursuant to Section 9 of this Series Supplement.
