Allocated Lease Amount definition

Allocated Lease Amount means the portion of the Lease Amount allocated to a specific Facility for certain specified purposes as set forth on the attached Exhibit C, including any Lease Advance Amount designated by Landlord as allocated to such specific Facility.

Examples of Allocated Lease Amount in a sentence

  • Upon such termination, the Lease Amount shall be reduced by the Allocated Lease Amount for such Facility Property and Rent hereunder shall be reduced accordingly unless there is only one Facility Property subject to this Lease in which case the Lease will terminate.

  • All damages awarded for such Taking under the power of eminent domain shall be the property of Landlord, except for damages awarded to Tenant as compensation for diminution in value of the leasehold of the Leased Property provided the award to Landlord is not less than the Allocated Lease Amount for the applicable Facility.

  • Upon such termination, the Lease Amount shall be reduced by the Allocated Lease Amount for such Facility Property and Rent hereunder shall be reduced accordingly.

  • If this Lease is terminated with respect to a Facility subject to a taking described in this Section, Tenant shall pay Landlord the difference between the Allocated Lease Amount and any damages received by Landlord from the condemning authority, and Landlord may, at its option, terminate this Lease.
