Allocation Fraction definition

Allocation Fraction means that fraction of each of the payments made to Blue Cross which is expressed as a fraction for which, for each year, 1978-1996, the numerator is Blue Cross's damages for that year and the denominator is Blue Cross's total damages for years 1978-1996. The Allocation Fractions for years 1978-1996 are as follows:

Allocation Fraction. For any class of Certificates and any Distribution Date shall equal a fraction (not greater than one and not less than zero) (x) the numerator of which is the excess of (a) the Pass-Through Rate of such class of Certificates over (b) the discount rate used to calculate the related Net Prepayment Premium and (y) the denominator of which is the excess of (a) the Mortgage Rate on the related Mortgage Loan over (b) the discount rate referenced in clause (x) above.

Allocation Fraction for any Unit shall mean, (a) with respect to any Schedule, a fraction, the numerator of which is the Purchase Price of such Unit and the denominator of which is the aggregate Purchase Price of all of the Units then subject to such Schedule, including such Unit, and (b) with respect to the Lease, a fraction, the numerator of which is the Purchase Price of such Unit and the denominator of which is the aggregate Purchase Price of all of the Units then subject to the Lease, including such Unit.

Examples of Allocation Fraction in a sentence

• If the Licensed Product is sold in combination with other ingredients, products, devices, equipment or components (a "Combination Product"), Net Sales for any such Combination Product shall be computed by multiplying what would otherwise be the Net Sales of such Combination Product by the Combination Allocation Fraction (as defined below) attributable to such Combination Product.

• The "Combination Allocation Fraction" as used herein shall be a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the fair market value of the Licensed Product included in the Combination Product and the denominator of which shall be the fair market value of such Licensed Product plus the fair market value of the ingredients, products, equipment or components of such Combination Product that are not Licensed Product.

• Each payment set forth in this section shall be in partial satisfaction of each year of damages incurred and alleged by Blue Cross for the years 1978 through 1996 and each payment shall accordingly be allocated to the satisfaction of each specific year of damages incurred by Blue Cross according to the Allocation Fraction set forth above.

• In such event throughout the remainder of the Subsidy Period, the Developer shall only be entitled to the share of each year’s Developer’s Housing Allocation determined by multiplying the amount of the Developer’s Housing Allocation for such year by the Housing Allocation Fraction.

• The initial Option grant under this Section 9 to each person who becomes an Eligible Director after June 25, 1999, shall be for the purchase of a number of Shares equal to seven thousand (7,500) times the "Allocation Fraction" (which cannot exceed one).

More Definitions of Allocation Fraction

Allocation Fraction means, with respect to a holder of an Allowed Class 1D Claim with respect to which there is a guaranty by one or more of the Consolidated Debtors of a primary obligation of another Consolidated Debtor, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the amount of such holder’s Allowed Class 1D Claim with respect to which there is a guaranty divided by the aggregate amount of all Allowed Class 1D Claims with respect to which there are guarantees by another Consolidated Debtor.

Allocation Fraction means, with respect to any Item of Equipment, a fraction, the numerator of which is the Purchase Price of such Item of Equipment and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Purchase Price of all Equipment then subject to the applicable Lease Supplement, including such Item of Equipment.

Allocation Fraction has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(b) of the Agreement.

Allocation Fraction means, in relation to any particular holder of shares of Preferred Stock to be redeemed on any Redemption Date, a fraction (i) the numerator of which shall be equal to the number of shares of Preferred Stock held by such holder on the relevant Redemption Date, and (ii) the denominator of which shall be equal to the aggregate number of all shares of Preferred Stock to be redeemed (prior to effecting any allocation pursuant to §5.03 (a)) on such Redemption Date.

Allocation Fraction means a fraction, in which the numerator is the Required Contributions of the withdrawing Employer and the denominator is the Employer Contributions payable with respect to a Plan Year.
