Tow Rotation List means the City of Apache Junction Tow Rotation List.

Tow Rotation List means a list of qualified tow car operators engaged in the business of providing tow services who have entered into a franchise agreement with the city and shall be designated by the Livermore Police Department (LPD) for the purpose of rotating police dispatch of tow cars in accordance with this ordinance, the franchise agreement and applicable state law.

  • If a wrecker is cancelled for failing to respond in the allotted time, they will not be placed back on top of the Tow Rotation List.

  • Any complaint received by the Company from any source related to the Tow Rotation List or a tow pursuant to this Agreement must be forwarded in writing to the TCSO Vehicle Impound Deputy or his designee and not to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Communications or to deputies on the scene.

  • All suspensions or removals from the Tow Rotation List will be reviewed by the Major of Law Enforcement.

  • The decision on penalties, suspension or removal from the Tow Rotation List shall be completely at the discretion of TCSO.

  • The requesting deputy, if required, shall complete an impound form (sheet) at the scene for each vehicle towed from the scene by a Company from the Tow Rotation List.
