Accordingly, applying the Allocation Criteria, The Trustees shall send Allocation Notices to Eligible Employees that join/qualify after the initial Allocation of Participation Units for purposes of Allocating the Pool Shares provided that this takes place no later than the end of the month following the month during which such Eligible Employee qualified for participation in terms of this Trust.
