Examples of Allocation of Costs in a sentence

  • For any FTE Costs and Out-of-Pocket Costs incurred in connection with the performance of the Morphic Research Activities for which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is obligated to reimburse Morphic pursuant to Section 2.3.1 (Allocation of Costs), payments to Morphic for such costs will be made upon invoice approval and no later than [***] after the invoice date.
