ALLOCATION OPTIONS definition

ALLOCATION OPTIONS. Those investment options available under the Contract as of any given time to which Contract Value may be allocated. Allocation Options as of the Contract Date are shown on the Contract Data pages.
ALLOCATION OPTIONS. This contract's Allocation Options consist of the Variable Investment Options and the Fixed-Rate Option.

More Definitions of ALLOCATION OPTIONS

ALLOCATION OPTIONS means the interest crediting options available under this contract. Each allocation option credits interest according to the specific crediting strategy it employs. Annuitant(s) means the person(s) on whose life or lives annuity payments are based. You cannot change the annuitant(s). If this is a non-qualified contract and the owner is a natural person, you may name up to two annuitants.
ALLOCATION OPTIONS means the variable subaccounts, fixed account and, if applicable, guarantee period accounts available under this contract.

  • Compensation Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in the opening paragraphs of this Agreement;

  • Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.

  • Termination Option Event means an event of a kind defined as such in Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.8.

  • Over-Allotment Option means the option of the Underwriters to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the firm units (as described in the Articles) issued in the IPO at a price equal to US$10 per unit, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Option Period means the period during which an Option may be exercised.

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • First Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.

  • Interest Option means LIBOR or the Reference Rate.
