Allowed Interests definition

Allowed Interests means any interest in the Debtor to the extent that such interest is listed in the Schedule of Liabilities or Statement of Financial Affairs of the Debtor on the Confirmation Date; provided however, that a timely filed Proof of Interest shall supersede any such listing and, in either case, an interest as to which no written objection to the allowance thereof has been interposed within the time period fixed by the Bankruptcy Code or by Final Order of the Court; or, if an objection has been interposed, to the extent allowed, in whole or in part, by Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court.
Allowed Interests shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.a. of the Settlement Agreement.
