ALTA Surveys definition

ALTA Surveys means, collectively, the existing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Project made available to Buyer.
ALTA Surveys shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.

  • A-E shall perform ALTA Surveys for acquisitions or sales of County owned properties ALTA Surveys shall be in accordance with the most current ALTA standards published by American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors and in strict adherence to Table A items.

  • Section 8.10 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth a list of the most current ALTA Surveys for the owned Real Property designated on Section 6.05(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter as tax parcel numbers 520-011-00-00-0016-02, 520-011-00-00-0016-00C, and 520-010-00-00-0019-01 (the “Existing Surveys”), copies of which have been made available to Buyer.

Related to ALTA Surveys

  • Land surveyor means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the several sciences and of the principles of land surveying, and of the planning and design of land developments acquired by practical experience and formal education, is qualified to engage in the practice of land surveying, and whose competence has been attested by the Board through licensure as a land surveyor.

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 4(o) above.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
