Alternate Currency Revolving Loan Sublimit definition

Alternate Currency Revolving Loan Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000,000 and (ii) the aggregate amount of the Revolving Loan Commitment as then in effect. The Alternate Currency Revolving Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Loan Commitment.
