Alternate Unit definition

Alternate Unit means a generating unit designated by the Parties in accordance with Section 2.3 and which includes the Product characteristics, if any, as set forth in Appendix B.
Alternate Unit means a generating unit meeting the requirements specified in Section 2.3.

If such Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.

  • Alternate Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(e).

  • Purchase Contract Settlement Fund has the meaning specified in Section 5.5.
