Alternative Currency Equivalent Amount definition

Alternative Currency Equivalent Amount means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in the applicable Alternative Currency as reasonably determined by the Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of such Alternative Currency with dollars.
Alternative Currency Equivalent Amount means with respect to a specified Alternative Currency and a specified Dollar amount, the amount of such Alternative Currency into which such Dollar amount would be converted, based on the applicable Advance Date Exchange Rate.
Alternative Currency Equivalent Amount means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in the applicable Alternative Currency as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of such Alternative Currency with Dollars.

  • Any draw on a Letter of Credit issued in an Alternative Currency shall be repaid in the same Alternative Currency Equivalent Amount (determined based on the Spot Rate of Exchange on the date of drawing under the Letter of Credit).
