Alternative Currency LC Sublimit definition

Alternative Currency LC Sublimit means an amount equal to $250,000,000. The Alternative Currency LC Sublimit is part of and not additive to the total LC Sublimit.
Alternative Currency LC Sublimit means an amount equal to $100,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. The Alternative Currency L/C Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.
Alternative Currency LC Sublimit means an amount equal to $75,000,000.

Examples of Alternative Currency LC Sublimit in a sentence

  • The amount of any such Aggregate Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the Alternative Currency Loan Sublimit, the Alternative Currency L/C Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrowing Agent.

  • If on any Revaluation Date and solely as a result of changes in Spot Rates, the Alternative Currency L/C Obligations would exceed the Alternative Currency L/C Sublimit, immediate prepayment or Cash Collateralization of amounts owing in respect of outstanding Alternative Currency Letters of Credit will be made on or in respect of such Alternative Currency L/C Obligations in an amount equal to the difference.

  • The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any such notice of termination or reduction of the Aggregate Commitments, the Alternative Currency Loan Sublimit, the Alternative Currency L/C Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit.

  • A Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended only if, after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, (i) the LC Exposure shall not exceed the LC Sublimit, (ii) the Alternative Currency LC Exposure shall not exceed the Alternative Currency LC Sublimit, and (iii) the aggregate Revolving Exposure shall not exceed the aggregate Revolving Commitments.

  • Upon the request of the applicable Borrower(s) made within two Business Days following any Revaluation Date, the Administrative Agent will, so long as no Default then exists, release Cash Collateral to such Borrower(s) in an amount up to the excess of (x) the aggregate amount of Cash Collateral on deposit with respect to Alternative Currency denominated Letters of Credit over (y) 103% of the Alternative Currency L/C Sublimit.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Canadian Dollar Equivalent of any amount which is expressed in United States Dollars means, on any date, the Canadian dollar equivalent of such amount determined by multiplying such amount by the U.S. - Canadian Exchange Rate in effect on such date;

  • Alternate Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $2,500,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) in the case of any other Issuing Bank, such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing by such Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $100,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Multicurrency Commitments.
