Examples of Alternative Delivery Point in a sentence

  • In the event of a Force Majeure condition at the Delivery Point, Buyer shall also have the option of loading Product at the Alternative Delivery Point.

  • For Product delivered at the Alternative Delivery Point, Buyer shall nominate tank truck transportation services.

  • The Product shall be then delivered FCA at the scale exit of the Alternative Delivery Point.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Party designating such an Alternative Delivery Point shall be solely responsible for all costs, including transmission costs, and risks, including risks of non-delivery, associated with the use of an Alternative Delivery Point.
