Alternative Funding definition

Alternative Funding means funding obtained by the Council for the ongoing management of Environmental Management Land and Offsite Offset Environmental Land dedicated to the Council under this Deed that does not rely on monetary Development Contributions obtained by the Council under Division 67.1 of Part 47 of the Act (including under this Deed).
Alternative Funding means unconditionally (except for customary closing conditions) and fully committed funding that would result in the Business being funded until at least the end of the calendar year 2012, which in the reasonable opinion of the Special Committee, acting in good faith, offers a better proposition for the future and continuity of the Company and its stakeholders than the Transaction;
Alternative Funding means funding other than the Government Investment Grant Approval and the Equity Commitments in an amount sufficient to offset a Government Investment Grant Shortfall, whether in the form of funding from one or more of the Parties, Third Parties, or from other local, state or federal government or EU entities or otherwise, or any combination of the foregoing.

Alternative Funding means any equity, hybrid equity, equity-linked, senior debt, subordinated debt, convertible debt, capital market or loan market securities raised by any member of the Group in any market.

Contribution Value in relation to each Item means the amount shown in column 4 of Schedule 3 for that Item, indexed from the date of this Agreement in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (All Groups - Sydney published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Defect means any error, omission, shrinkage, blemish in appearance or other fault in the Works caused by the Corporation which prevents the Works from being reasonably capable of being used for their intended purpose.
Alternative Funding. A higher priority will be given to funding requests where alternative sources of funding have been investigated prior to applying to the Student Technology Committee. Requests where the cost is shared between the Student Technology Fee and other funding sources may also be given higher priority.

  • Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • alternative fuels means fuels or power sources which serve, at least partly, as a substitute for fossil oil sources in the energy supply to transport and which have the potential to contribute to its decarbonisation and enhance the environmental performance of the transport sector, including:

  • Alternative fuel means natural gas, propane, ethanol, methanol, gasoline (when used in hybrid electric vehicles only), hydrogen, electricity, fuel cells, or advanced technologies that do not rely on diesel fuel. “Alternative fuel” also means any of these fuels used in combination with each other or in combination with other non-diesel fuels.

  • Alternative Investment Vehicle means an entity created in accordance with the Operative Documents of a Borrower to make investments and that has the right to call on Capital Commitments directly from Investors.

  • Replacement Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs.
