Alternative Lessee definition

Alternative Lessee means any Subsidiary of Tech Data that is an alternative Lessee of any Property pursuant to Section 2.5 of the Lease.
Alternative Lessee means a company, approved by all of the National Agents, the German Parallel Lender and the Mismatch Agent and incorporated in a jurisdiction approved by all of the National Agents, the German Parallel Lender and the Mismatch Agent, in each case, in accordance with clause 9, which accedes to this Agreement as a Lessee pursuant to clause 9;
Alternative Lessee means a company, approved by all of the National Agents and incorporated in a jurisdiction approved by all of the National Agents, in each case, in accordance with clause 7, which accedes to this Agreement as a Lessee pursuant to clause 7;

Examples of Alternative Lessee in a sentence

  • The foregoing will apply subject to the stipulation that the identity of the Alternative Lessee will be subject to the advance written approval of the Lessor, in the Lessor’s exclusive judgment, and for relevant reasons only.

  • Without derogating from the foregoing, it is hereby clarified that any refusal by the Lessor due to unsuitability of the Alternative Lessee, in light of matters associated with the reputation and/or reliability and/or economic ability of the Alternative Lessee, will not be considered unjustified refusal.

  • If the Lessor does not exercise the said Right of First Refusal or notifies the Lessee that it does not seek to do so during the said exercise period, the Lessee may offer the Leasehold to an Alternative Lessee that meets the conditions of this section.
