Alternative workweek schedule means any regularly scheduled workweek proposed by an employer who has control over the wages, hours, and working conditions of the employees, and ratified by an employee work unit in a neutral secret ballot election, that requires an employee to work more than eight (8) hours in a 24-hour period.
