A&M SYSTEM means The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas and “PROVIDER” means LinkedIn. A&M System requires the following additions to be made to PROVIDER’s LinkedIn Subscription Agreement. In the event there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, this addendum will control.

Examples of A&M SYSTEM in a sentence

  • PROVIDER shall neither assign its rights nor delegate its duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of A&M SYSTEM or Members.

  • The A&M SYSTEM shall not pay any costs or fees as a direct result of this Agreement.

  • To the extent that Chapter 2260, Texas Government Code is applicable to this Agreement, the dispute resolution process provided in Chapter 2260, and the related rules adopted by the Texas Attorney General pursuant to Chapter 2260, shall be used by A&M SYSTEM, Members and PROVIDER to attempt to resolve any claim for breach of contract made by PROVIDER that cannot be resolved in the ordinary course of business.

  • PROVIDER is responsible for ensuring that its employees involved in any work being performed for A&M SYSTEM or Members under this Agreement have not been designated as “Not Eligible for Rehire” as defined in System policy 32.02, Discipline and Dismissal of Employees, Section 4 (“NEFR Employee”).

  • This Agreement is not a contract to perform specific work but is intended to establish the terms and conditions under which the A&M SYSTEM and its member universities and agencies (hereafter referred to as “Member” or “Members”) may enter into a contract individually with the PROVIDER to license and use PROVIDER’s services (“Services”).

  • In the event A&M SYSTEM or Member becomes aware that PROVIDER has a NEFR Employee involved in any work being performed under this Agreement, A&M SYSTEM or Member will have the sole right to demand removal of such NEFR Employee from work being performed under this Agreement.

  • The rate schedule may be renegotiated at the discretion of A&M SYSTEM upon renewal of this Agreement.

  • Non-conformance to this requirement may be grounds for termination of this Agreement by A&M SYSTEM or Member.

  • PROVIDER shall submit written notice of a claim of breach of contract under this Chapter to the Contracts Officer of A&M SYSTEM or the applicable Member, who shall examine PROVIDER’s claim and any counterclaim and negotiate with PROVIDER in an effort to resolve the claim.

  • This provision and nothing in this Agreement waives A&M SYSTEM’s or Member’s sovereign immunity to suit or liability, and A&M SYSTEM and Members have not waived their right to seek redress in the courts.

A&M SYSTEM means The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas and “PROVIDER” means Axway Inc. For clarification, the Agreement is being entered into by The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the state of Texas. A&M System requires the following additions to be made to PROVIDER’s General Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services. In the event there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, this addendum will control. Related to A&M SYSTEM

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) owned by the Company and used to measure Dependable Capacity and the delivery by the Company and receipt by BPDB of Net Energy Output;

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages Hardware for Programs and other software.

  • Tank system means a hazardous waste storage or treatment tank and its associated ancillary equipment and containment system.

  • Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.

  • New tank system means a tank system that will be used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances and for which installation has commenced after December 22, 1988.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • SCADA System means the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System which is composed of all telemetering and remote terminal units (“RTU”) at the Facility and associated with the Grid System or BPDB’s Control Center;
