PV System definition

PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

PV System means the solar electric generating facility, including, but not limited to, the PV System Assets, which produces the Net Energy as further identified in Exhibit B attached hereto. The PV System may (or may not include) a Battery Energy Storage System, as specified in Exhibit B.

PV System is defined in the Master EPC Agreement.

Examples of PV System in a sentence

• The PSE shall provide CEB or any of its agents and/or contractors with all rights of ingress and egress in those portions of the PREMISES controlled by the PSE with access to and use of the Rooftop and required Space consistent with the requirements of the installation, operation and maintenance of the Solar PV System.

• The PSE is obliged to make the Rooftop ready for the installation, operation and maintenance of the Solar PV System.

• The PSE acknowledges that the CEB or any of its agents and/or contractors shall make use of required space of the Rooftop of the PREMISES for installing the Solar PV System where the PSE is situated and that the installation, operation and maintenance of the Solar PV System will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the relevant Connection Agreement.

• The CEB shall not be liable for any damage caused to the PREMISES during cyclone/surge/lightning or other adverse conditions which may prevail during the installation and operation of the Solar PV System.

• The PSE should ensure no interference with the Solar PV System or otherwise engage in or allow others to engage in activity that might impede or decrease the output or efficiency of the Solar PV System.

More Definitions of PV System

PV System. The photovoltaic solar electric generating project as more particularly described in Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility).

PV System means the solar electric generating facility to be located at the Solar Garden Site, including the photovoltaic panels, inverter, output breakers, facilities necessary to connect to the Production Meter, protective and associated equipment, improvements, and other tangible assets, contract rights, easements, rights of way, surface use agreements and other interests or rights in real estate reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the electric generating facility that produces the Photovoltaic Energy subject to this Agreement.

PV System means a photovoltaic system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduit, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects, over current devices and battery storage.

PV System means the solar electric generating facility to be located at the CBRE Project, including the photovoltaic panels, inverter, output breakers, facilities necessary to connect to the Production Meter, protective and associated equipment, improvements, and other tangible assets, contract rights, easements, rights of way, surface use agreements and other interests or rights in real estate reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the electric generating facility that produces the photovoltaic energy subject to this Contract.

PV System means the photovoltaic panels selected by the council for installation in the Property including mounting brackets and equipment, including inverters, meters, modems and wiring;

PV System or “SPV ” or “ SPV System” shall mean the Grid-tie Solar Photo-Voltaic (PV) system including the PV modules, grid-tie inverter(s), module mounting structure(s), cables and connectors, safety and earthing equipment, interconnection equipment, and inverter with remote monitoring with other components for Roof top Solar System that shall be supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained by the Empanelled Agency.

PV System means an electricity generating system comprising one or more interconnected PV Modules and additional balance of system components, typically installed on rooftops, or as ground-mounted arrays, or integrated into building designs, which can be interconnected to the electric utility grid (grid-tied) or separate from the utility grid (off-grid).
